Making contact and the first interview

Armelle AUGUSTE Recrutement® will make initial contact with you by telephone or e-mail.

 

This is the time to have the position presented to you, and also to discuss your background, motivations and expectations.

 

During this discussion, Armelle AUGUSTE Recrutement® will give you all the information you need to assess your interest in the opportunity.

 

Armelle AUGUSTE Recruitment® will, for its part, have a better idea of your profile and will know whether it wishes to include you in the process.

The second interview

If interest is shared, you will be invited to a face-to-face or video interview with Armelle AUGUSTE Recrutement®.

 

The recruitment officer will ask you a number of questions to get to know you and to assess your suitability for the position on offer and the company.

 

This is the time to sell yourself and give as much information as possible about yourself, your skills and your experience.

 

You should also take advantage of this interview to find out about the company and the specifics of the position on offer.

Personality and aptitude tests

Prior to this interview, we will ask you to take personality and aptitude tests.

 

The results of the tests may give rise to explanations or discussions with the recruitment officer.

 

Once the tests have been sent to Armelle AUGUSTE Recrutement®, you will receive a copy of your profile report.

 

During this time, Armelle AUGUSTE Recrutement® will take references and validate your diplomas.

The third interview

If your profile matches the position and the client company of Armelle AUGUSTE Recrutement® and that you stand out from the other candidates we meet, you will be invited to an interview with your future employer or with the human resources manager.

It is important to make yourself available quickly for this interview.

You need to prepare for the interview and be familiar with the company recruiting and the position on offer.

This meeting is vital in the final choice of candidate to be recruited.

Your interest, motivation, experience and abilities will be tested.

Signing the contract

If you are selected by the company, your future employer will finally present you with a contractual offer.

 

You can take your time to think about it, but don't delay, the terms of the contract are based on prior expectations that have already been discussed with Armelle AUGUSTE Recrutement® and the company.

 

Armelle AUGUSTE Recrutement® will monitor you throughout your trial period, and your recruitment officer will remain your privileged contact at the agency.
