"With a solid background in the hotel and restaurant business, I have more than 20 years' experience in this sector.
After working for a few years as a receptionist and then Assistant Manager for the Holiday Inn hotel chain, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), I managed hotel restaurants for 15 years.
At the age of 40, I took over the management of a hotel school, a higher education establishment that trains future operational and executive managers in the international hotel industry.
I set up the school and its restaurants, organised their opening and managed the Campus for over two years.
From this exciting career serving customers, I've learnt the importance of good recruitment to guarantee the best possible quality of service.
