Physical, video and telephone interviews
Each profile selection opens the door to a telephone interview with our firm. If this initial contact is positive, we then meet the candidates for face-to-face or remote video interviews. A full questionnaire is then undertaken, during which we analyse the codes, motivation and experience of each candidate.
Personality and professional aptitude tests
